  • How much do I have to pay upfront upon signing up?

    There is a $2,000 onboarding fee required to get your project started.  The onboarding fee is covered under our 30-Day full money back guarantee. Any add-ons that you request are also paid up-front upon signing.

  • How long will it take before our Propel Site is completed?

    Because Propel Sites can vary in size and complexity, they can vary in delivery times. Keep in mind that turnaround times depend on how quickly we can get everything we need for your website. This includes website content, images, logos, branding assets, etc.

    If we have everything we need, a small site can be ready in as little as 2-3 weeks. Larger sites can take 4-5 weeks to finish. We aim for fast turnaround while adhering to high quality standards.

  • Do I have to provide the content for my website?

    No, you don’t have to. You can add-on professional copywriting services as an add-on to your project. In fact, we recommend adding copywriting services for pages which play the greatest role in attracting visitors and converting those visitors. Usually, this is the homepage and service pages.

  • Do the add-ons I select increase my monthly payment?

    Add-ons are paid up-front at the start of your project, and do not impact your monthly payment.

  • What happens at the end of my term after my site is paid off?

    Once your website is paid in full, the website is completely yours to keep. We just transition you into a Website Care Plan which is $150/month and continues to provide you with hosting, maintenance, and support services.

    If you decide to move the website to a different hosting provider, we can help you migrate your site for a one-time fee. You will be responsible for any software licenses required to keep your website running.

  • Can I purchase a Propel Site and host the site somewhere else?

    No, this option is not supported. All Propel Sites must be hosted and maintained by Propel during the contractual term.

  • Do you provide email accounts?

    No, we do not provide email accounts at the moment. We usually recommend clients get their email accounts from Google Workspace or Microsoft Office 365.

  • What is your cancellation and refund policy?

    You can cancel within 30-days with no questions asked and we will refund you 100% of your money. After 30-days, you have two choices for cancelling your contract before the end of your contractual term.

    If you want to keep your website, you must pay the remaining balance of your site in full plus a migration fee and we will help you transition the site to a different host.

    If you want to cancel your website and do not want to keep the site, we have a cancellation fee of 50% of your website’s remaining balance. Once paid your contract will be terminated and your website will be deleted.
